I told you...

That I am a pathological picture taker. I take a picture of my twins everyday :)

So cute. I love the Tu tu. I'm the same way. I almost feel bad for Rowan. I take pictures of him daily and I think he might develop eye problems from the flash. I hope not! haha

what meagan said exactly. when brady was younger, i used to worry the flash was going to hurt his eyes, so i would always do pictures in as much natural light as possible as to not use the flash as much, cuz i still had to get in my daily dose of brady pics. haha! ;)

im with ya! im glad my flash days are over. ever since i got my good camera, im all about natural light! i think a flash sometimes distorts the subject/image being shot. brady always looks so different with a flash versus without.

you should check out the mom tog link on my blog. you would really like it. its run by a professional photographer and mom and is full of awesome tips on getting great photos, tricks on different settings on your camera, etc. i love it!!

Ok I will for sure!! I have taken about 4 photography classes since 7th grade so I know a lot about it already but I'm always up for new tips!! I'm going to go look RIGHT NOW!

And, I totally agree...natural light is THE BEST. I am not a fan of flashes unless they are necessary. Although I am saving up for a soft flash diffuser for my camera!

oh thats awesome! photographing classes are a lot of fun, ive always enjoyed them. actually, speaking of which, the gal that runs that website holds photography workshops in orange county. you're in the OC, right? maybe look into it. might be fun! i wish i lived down there to go to one, they look super informative!!

in the case of wanting the diffuser, you might like one of the most recent posts on that mom tog site.

i forget what it is called, but it is only 40 bucks and it totally DOES NOT make it look like you are using a flash. this gal took a picture in a bathroom with no windows and it looks like sun was shining through a window and it in no way looked like she used a flash!! i was amazed.

and she used it to photograph a baby at night, with only ONE lamp in the room and the picture didnt look like she used a flash at all. it looked like it was taken during the day next to a window. just amazing.
